Shared personal training has the same benefits as One on One training, but with the added benefits of connecting with a friends or spouse and sharing the cost. This unique program is designed for couples that have the same fitness goals in mind.

One on One Training is for those who need, but not limited to, personal fitness and health coach. I will personalized your fitness plan to fit your desired goals. 


Small Group Training

This program is developed for those who like the camaraderie and accountability of a group and are familiar with exercise. Choose between Gentle YOGA, Mat Pilates, Spin Circuit.

Train with an exercise plan anywhere - from your bedroom, to your gym, or while travelling. Get paired with your own personal exercise coach. Health Coaching is done through tracking  nutrition, movement, stress condition, sleep, and taking supplements.
