Shared personal training has the same benefits as One on One training, but with the added benefits of connecting with a friends or spouse and sharing the cost. This unique program is designed for couples that have the same fitness goals in mind.



Cardio and strength 

This program is developed for those who like the camaraderie and accountability of a group and are familiar with exercise.   The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of stationary spinning, weight training and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.



Stretch and Flexibility

Gentle Yoga is for those who want to reduce stress and cortisol levels, increase strength, flexibility and balance, weight loss, better sleep and mindfulness. This class will be a gentle flow of yoga poses followed by meditation.

Pilates Practice at the Studio

Mat Pilates Class 

 The main fitness goals of a mat pilates class include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
