For Over 19 years, I have been managing or coaching within the fitness industry. I have seen many fitness trends come and go, however, one trend remains the same, which is optimal health is a decision we make. If we choose to change our bad habits, we will to grow towards a healthier, happier human. I believe that the right nutrients, proper water intake, and the appropriate amount of sleep and movement can create optimal health. Optimal health is "A state of optimal well-being, not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.” Optimal well-being requires a balance that comprises the whole person, spirit, mind and body. I want to help my clients find their individual optimal health plan.

HEALTH AND LIFE COACHING
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! This program will offer 90 days of accountability and coaching via, one on one PT, nutrition diet plan, app access to track goals and communicate, recipes, shopping lists, and more. As your coach, I want to help cultivate your relationship with food and fitness that impacts your health, as well as, help you create habit change. ONLINE TOTAL BODY RESET
The unique total body reset is an opportunity to reduce the amounts of stimulants that your body is coming into contact with so that you can pave the way to discover the ideal way of eating for your lifestyle and goals. The reset will consist 14-28 days of daily tracking, food elimination, recipes, private facebook group and coach connect app download.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
One on One training is for those in need, but not limited too, personal coaching due to an illness, physical constraints, improper form, anxiety of a group setting, specific goals, or time constraints! SHARED PERSONAL TRAINING
Shared personal training has the same benefits as One on One training, but with the added benefits of connecting with a friend or spouse and sharing the cost. This unique program is designed for couples that have the same fitness goals in mind.
This program is developed for those that like the camaraderie and accountablity of a group and are familiar with exercise. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of stationary spinning, weight training and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.
